About Me

My services include, but are not limited to the following:

-Maintain all vehicle Service (scheduled maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, car wash...)

-Personal driver and airport transportation for your family or guests.

-Childcare (I do love kids and can play like no other) including overnights and child chauffeur service. I am comfortable with children over 4 years old and I am willing to take an infant/child CPR class.

-Household Chores. I am a very light cleaning type housekeeper but can supervise another housekeeper for regular maintenance or deeper cleaning tasks.

-Simple meal/snack preparation and grocery shopper/stocker of refrigerator, freezer and pantry. I am a bit of a "foodie" and while not (yet) much of a chef, I would love to practice and develop my skills in this area.

-Administrative Assistance (documentation, typing correspondence, scheduling appointments and calendar organization, phone calls, emails, filing,invoicing, faxing, phones/customer service.

-Accounting in Quicken (learning Quickbooks), budgeting, reconciliations, bill paying

-Personal shopper (and I do gift wrap).

-Event Planning: parties, special events (wedding, anniversary, birthday), designing and mailing invitations, catering coordination and I can manage any extra staff you may need.

-Shipping (Post office, UPS, FedEx)

-Professional pet sitting and dog walking, vet and groomer visits (I have many excellent references in this area and I am bonded and insured).

-Housesitting

-Assembling furniture

-Sorting, organizing, and tallying receipts (creating a spreadsheet if desired)

-Coordination/Supervision of vendors / contractors or home repair (e.g., getting recommendations for contractors, making appointments to show work to be done, getting quotes, project managment, supervising the work if needed)

-Construction Coordination: Subcontactor interface/negotiations, budget tracking, project management renovation (e.g., getting recommendations for contractors, making appointments to show work to be done, getting quotes, project managment, supervising the work if needed)

-Putting up photos or artwork on your walls or working with professional curators/conservators to protect your collection.

-Minor household maintenance or repairs

-Organization of all areas of a home.

-Editing and proofreading e-mails, letters, small business documents; collating presentation materials

-Travel bookings and arrangements

-Getting the laundry done and put away. Ironing, pick up dry cleaning.

-Managing other household staff from the nanny to the housekeeper.

-Packing to move, and/or unpacking after a move. Other relocation services such as home staging and finding temporary housing if needed.

-Putting up and/or sorting through Holiday decorations

-Season-change wardrobe organization

-Interior Design assistance

-Create a household manual to be used as a future reference tool
