About Me

I am a graduate student available to tutor your child or children of any age in their school subjects (see subjects of my expertise in "Training" column to right). As I tutor, I can also "babysit" the child or children I'm tutoring if parents need to step away for a moment. I am also available as a babysitter. I am also available to take your children on visits to museums and galleries to teach them about Art History and give them a cultural experience in NY while parents get a break!

I worked in an afterschool program for six years and loved it. I am now studying for my graduate degree in Art History at NYU; I got my undergraduate degree at Michigan State in English and History. I have knowledge in works at all levels through high school in English, History, Art, Art History, Crafts, European History, American History, World History, Social Sciences, English Literature, French (up to Advanced High School level). I can also do Test Prep for English portion of Standardized tests, and general test prep advice for GRE, SAT, PSAT, ACT. I was a tutor with Kaplan Test Prep during the summers after college, and took review courses for the GRE (I got a 1560).
