About Me

INSTALL A BATHROOM IN YOUR GARAGE OR BACKYARD ROOM.

FIXED PRICE -- I can do it for $6000 if you are within 40 feet of plumbing and electrical. About $150 for every 10 feet more, up to about 80 to 90 feet away.

Service Includes 36" x 36" shower stall, 18" sink, and toilet with pump system to eject your waste water, framed and drywalled, door, and light.

Price could be lower or a little higher depending on exact situations.

Price does not include permits, painting, flooring - all of which services I provide at an additional fixed rate.
