I used to be 80 lbs heavier, but learning to cook healthy, delicious meals, changed my life. I can help you do the same!
You will receive a 60-minute consultation to discuss your healthy eating goals, questions you may have about diet and nutrition, and any barriers you may face when it comes to cooking and eating healthy. We will determine how many meals you plan to cook/prepare at home and your budget; after the consultation you will receive a customized seven-day meal plan and grocery list.
After this, I offer the following services.
• Subsequent meal plans and/or grocery list.
• 90-minute cooking lesson, including basic techniques, important tools, and demonstration of new recipes.
• Assisted grocery shopping. I will accompany you to the grocery store to help you make educated food choices that coincide with your food goals
• Unassisted grocery shopping. After you approve a meal plan and grocery list, I will go to the grocery store and buy everything you need for the week.
• If you prefer to develop a plan via e-mail, I also offer that option for the initial consultation and subsequent meal planning and grocery lists.
