About Me

I am an ACAT, AmSAT certified teacher of The Alexander Technique since 1997, and a faculty member of the Physical Education Department of Barnard College since 2002. I teach individual lessons and group classes both at Barnard and privately. As a former choreographer, I appreciate how the technique supports the challenges of the performer.
I am also an upper west side mom who loves children and would like to offer my services as an expert babysitter.
