My mission is to rid the world of unemployment; to fundamentally reshape how people find and get work in their professions and callings.
I love advertising. My career in it started at Ogilvy Frankfurt, where I was an art director and worked on the BMW, PlayStation and DHL accounts. After three years, I left to work for Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where I worked for Burger King, Volkswagen and Microsoft. In 2009, I was named the 5th most awarded art director in the world. Yet the height of my professional experience coincided with the height of global recession and unemployment. I was struck by how many skilled people were suddenly out of work, and so my mission was born. In 2010, I left the job I loved and started Tischen - my personal attempt to rid the world of unemployment.
